Kunsthalle?
Sabato 29 luglio alle ore 18.00 si svolgerà il vernissage dell’esposizione Kunsthalle? in via Ballerini 3 a Locarno organizzata dall’Associazione Interazioni.
L’esposizione Kunsthalle? nasce dalla collaborazione fra l’Associazione Interazioni e alcuni curatori che operano in Svizzera, prevalentemente in Ticino:
Mario Casanova, direttore del CACT, Centro d’Arte Contemporanea Ticino, Bellinzona
Cristina Del Ponte, responsabile dello studiocristinadelponte, Locarno
Boris Magrini, curatore dei Sotterranei dell’Arte, Monte Carasso
Riccardo Lisi, coordinatore del Centro Culturale la fabbrica, Losone
Stefano Pesce, curatore indipendente, Lugano
Stephan Wittmer, artista e curatore del Kunstpanorama, Lucerna
L’evento comprende sei sezioni con 40 artisti di provenienza internazionale distribuite in uno spazio espositivo di circa 1200 mq, una sezione dedicata alle pubblicazioni d’arte - Christian Marinotti Edizioni e Luca Sossella Editore - e una zona dedicata ai cataloghi relativi ai curatori e agli artisti invitati.
Organizzatori e curatori hanno accolto insieme la sfida: riuscire a concretizzare in pochi mesi unendo forze, risorse e intenti, un’esposizione d’arte contemporanea con uno sguardo allargato sulle ricerche artistiche a livello internazionale.
Quest’operazione vuole contribuire, seppur per soli due mesi, a dare continuità al dialogo fra le varie realtà che operano nel settore della ricerca.
Kunsthalle? Cosa fare? E soprattutto come far confluire gli sforzi per rivalutare e valorizzare la ricerca artistica contemporanea a livello nazionale e internazionale anche alle nostre latitudini?
Il finissage si terrà sabato 30 settembre dalle ore 18.00.

July 29th (Saturday) at 6 pm opening of the exhibition Kunsthalle? organized by the Association Interazioni, in via Ballerini 3, Locarno.
The Kunsthalle? exhibition has been created by the collaboration between the Interazioni Association and some art curators who operate in Switzerland, in the main in Ticino.

The event comprises six sections exhibiting 40 international artists in a display space of about 1200 m². A section is dedicated to the books of art - Christian Marinotti and Luca Sossella Publishers. And another one is for the catalogues related to the curators and artists- guest.
The organizers and the curators together agreed to the challenge: to succeed in organizing in few months (unifying strengths, resources and purposes) an exhibition of contemporary art with a view on the artistic research at an international level.
This operation wants to contribute, even though for only two months, to give continuity to the dialogue among the different realities which operate in the research sector.
Kunsthalle? What to do ? And above all how to succeed in putting together the efforts to revalue and enhance the contemporary artistic research at a national and international level also in our latitudes.
The “finissage” of the exhibition will be held on Saturday September 30th starting at 6 pm.
